We are now in the final stretch. Do you realize we depart 6 weeks from tomorrow. I need to remind you of 2 things:
(1) Pill preparation meeting Saturday form 9 -5 . The room has been assigned. It is Room 401-2 in the Christian Education Building. You must enter thru the Plaza door. Try to get some of your SS people
to come and help. The more hands we have, the faster it gets done.
(2) All future PACKING will be done in that same room.
(3) Final payment is due on September 15, Tuesday. It is important that we have your funds so
we can pay the credit card bill. We charged the tickets in order to save money. It was wise as the cost goes up every day now.
(4) Pray about the details of the trip. We are doing some negotiating and would like a good result.
If you can present the financial needs of the trip to your church and friends apart from the church, it will help.
(5) Pray about having another doctor. We still have only 2 from the U.S. and will be very short-handed
as a result.
